Oatmeal Cookies

Cream margarine, mix in both sugars
- Optional Ingredients:
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp cloves or nutmeg
- Nuts, raisins or chocolate chips.
Shrimp and Sausage. Gumbo

Warm oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- .2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 12 oz andouille sausage, sliced
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 pounds raw shrimp
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- cooked white rice
- Hot sauce
Chocolate Creme Pie

- Meringue Ingredients:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 3 tsp flour
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 12oz can evaporated milk
- 12 oz whole milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3 heaping tbls Cocoa
- 1 10 inch pie shell
- 5 egg whites
- 1 dash of cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Worst Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies

1.In large bowl, stir together melted butter and sugars
- 1 cup unsalted melted butter (See Recipe Note)
- 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3-1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Seafood Pie

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease pie plate, 9x1-1/4 inches
- 1 package (6 ounces) frozen ready-to-serve crabmeat, thawed and drained, or 1 package (5 ounces) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained, if desired
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 pkg (1 oz) ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix (milk recipe)
- 3-1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 – 2.8 oz can french fried onions
- 2 tbls chopped parsley (if desired)
