Cinnamon Honey Bars

Preheat oven to 350'F. Grease 15X10X1-inch baking pan
- 2 cups Pillsbury BEST All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp. hot water
Chunky Artichoke Salsa

Drain marinade from artichoke into bowl
- 1 jar(6.5 oz.)marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
- 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped red onion
- 3 medium plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil leaves
- salt & ground black pepper to taste
Grasshopper Torte

Finely chop cookies; place in bowl
- 15 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 jar(7 oz.)marshmallow creme
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 3 cups softened frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 container(8 oz.)frozen light whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 8 drops green food coloring
Southwest Salsa Pizza

Preheat oven to 350'F. Unroll crescent dough and divide into 8 triangles
- 1 pkg(8 oz.)refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pkg(8 oz.)cream cheese, softened
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro or parsley, divided
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. chopped red onion
- salt & ground black pepper to taste
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
No Punch Champagne

- 2 eggs
Chicken Pot Pie

Place chicken quarters in a pot and cover with cold water
- 1 whole chicken, quartered
- 3 tbsp. of butter
- 2 large carrots, sliced 1/4" thick in 1/2 moon shape
- 1/2 medium onion, diced to 1/4" cubes
- 4 sticks of celery stalks, leaves removed and cut 1/4" pieces
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp. dry rosemary
- 2/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. chicken base
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2/3 cup frozen peas
- Frozen pie dough
- Melted butter
