A quick and hearty summer salad using rotisserie chicken breast
- 1 package ramen noodle soup mix
- 1 package coleslaw blend cabbage slaw mix (14 ounces)
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken breast
- 4 green onions diagonally sliced
- 1/3 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1/2 cup Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
FRESH TOMATO SALSA - NINJA

Add all ingredients into the bowl
- 4 Roma tomatoes, cut in 4 pieces
- 1/4 small white onion
- 1 Serrano chilies, split and deseeded
- 1 tablespoon whole cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Juice from 1/4 lime
- Pinch of oregano
- Pinch of cumin

- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 6 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1-1/3 cup margarita mix (lemon)
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 6 egg yolk or 3 eggs

Baked, not fried doughnuts
- WHITE FROSTING:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In small bowl, combine 1 cup of the powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk. Stir until smooth. Dip cooled doughnuts into bowl and allow excess frosting to drip back into bowl. Transfer to rack. Top w

- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can white beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 can jalapenos, diced or fresh peppers
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar

- 8 oz. raw boneless skinless lean chicken breast tenders
- 1/2 cup Cap'n Crunch cereal (original)
- 1/4 cup FiberOne bran cereal (original)
- 3 Tbsp. fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original)
- 2 Tbsp. Best Foods/Hellmann's Dijonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. honey mustard (actual mustard, no dressing)
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

- 16 ounces cooked chicken (boneless) and cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 small onion, quartered
- 1 celery stalk, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup low fat mayo
- 1 teaspoon country dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
