CHEESY SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP

Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 can (14 ox) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
AVOCADO SALSA

This salsa is great on a salad, with chips, or on top of any kind of grilled meat
- 1 ripe avocado, coarsly chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno chile pepper (wear plastic gloves when handling) add to shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon seeded and chopped ripe tomato
- salt
- ground black pepper
EXCELLENT BROWNIES

This was a recipe from the KARE-11 Saturday morning show
- Mix together:
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces softened butter
- Beat six minutes until light and creamy.
- ADD:
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- Mix until just blended, scrape the bowel and add 5 eggs, lightly beaten.
- FROSTING:
- 1-1/2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
- 1-1/2 ounces butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ounces brewed coffee
Slow-Cooker Lasagna

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
ITALIAN DONUTS

In a large bowl beat ricotta cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth
- 1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cooking oil for frying
- Sifted powdered sugar or granulated sugar or cinnamon/sugar mixture

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (about 4 1/2 ounces)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup dried tart cherries
- 3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips

- 24 small (1-1/2 inch) YORK Peppermint Patties
- 1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1-1/3 cups KRAFT Pizza Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheeses, divided
- 10 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch)
