Brunch just got easier with these unbelievably creamy scrambled eggs made in the slow cooker
- 2 dozen eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)

- Ingredients
- 1 cup bottled salsa, divided
- 1 (8-ounce) carton low-fat sour cream
- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (about 3/4 pound)
- 1/3 cup chopped tomato
- 1/3 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
MARSHMALLOW CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy
- FROSTING:
- 2 bricks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
- 2 jars (7 or 7-1/2 oz each) marshmallow cream (such as Marshmallow Fluff)
