Tie Dyed Cheesecake from Everything Pop - Disney

Red Velvet Cheesecake: Preheat oven to 350 deg F
- Red Velvet Cheesecake:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 ounce red food coloring
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cups flour
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Cheesecake Filling:
- 1 1/2 lb. Cream Cheese
- 1 1/3 C. Sugar
- 5 Large Eggs
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- Food coloring
Grout Cleaner-Homemade

Mix all ingredients and pour into a spray bottle
- 7 cups water
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Spray bottle

- 1/2 lb salmon
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- salt and pepper to taste
Cream Cheese Oat-No Roll Pie Crust

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened, light
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour* ( I made my own grinding up rolled oats in my food processor)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia or 2 tablespoons sugar

Drain the water from the boiled potatoes and reserve 1½ cups of the water
- Equivalent:
- 1 pound (454 gm) potatoes, peeled and boiled in enough water to cover.
- 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz - 355 ml ) potato water (reserved from boiling)
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup ( 2.6 fl oz - 78 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 2 tsp (10 ml) white sugar
- 6 cups (23 1/4 oz - 660 gm) white bread (strong) flour
- 2 tsp (10 ml) dried yeast
- 1 pound potatoes equals 2 cups mashed potatoes

Strawberry tart with almond creme and apricot glaze
- Almond Cream:
- 2 oz almond paste (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- Dough:
- 5 cup sifted flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 9 to 14 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp orange-blossom water, or any other flavored water
- Filling:
- 2 pints strawberries, cleaned and hulled
- 2 oz apricot glaze

Add the rice milk powder, sweetener and salt to a blender
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons {108g} Vanilla Rice Milk Powder
- 3/4 cup {144g} Homemade Vanilla Sugar {or 3/4 cup {120g} Coconut Sugar}
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Almond Milk {or "milk" of choice}
- 2 tablespoons {28g} Coconut Oil, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Quick Whole Grain Seed Bread

Makes 1 loaf (slices)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk, or "sour milk" View tip.
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tsp sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and /or dry-roasted sunflower kernels.
Quinoa pasta {vegan, gluten-free}

This is a great way to take the bitter taste out of quinoa flour
- 2 cups of quinoa flour
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds with 6 tbsp hot water, soaked and stirred until a paste forms
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
