  • 1 Stick of Margarine or Butter
  • 1/2 Cup granulated Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Anise Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Sour Cream
  • 1 2/3 Cups of confectioners sugar
  • Gradually add a few drops of water to desired icing consistency. Spread over the tops of each cookie and let dry.
