Velvet Pumpkin Soup

Melt butter and add onions and garlic
- Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 1/8 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (more To Taste)
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can Pumpkin (15-16 Oz, Solid Pack)
- 12 ounces, fluid Can Of Evaporated Milk
Ashley's Wedding Cake Balls

Bake in 9*12 cake pan that has been prepared with spray oil and four
- 1 Death by Chocolate cake
- 1/4 recipe of chocolate buttercream frosting
- Crumble the cake and add just enough frosting to form the cake balls.
- Melt enough chocolate to dip the sticks.
- Dip stick into chocolate and insert into cake ball. Freeze until firm.
- Melt coatings and dip frozen cake balls into coating.
Red Lentils

- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 21/2-3 Cups water, divided
- 1-2 TB. PERI PERI SEASONING or CAYENNE PEPPER (1 TB. is hot, 2 TB. is blazing)
- 1/4 tsp. POWDERED GINGER
- 1 small clove garlic, diced (1/4 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC)
- 1 Cup red lentils, washed (regular green lentils can be used but take a bit longer to cook)
- 1 TB. butter or qibe (seasoned butter)
- 1/4 tsp. salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER, to taste

- 1 Cup granulated Sugar or more
- 8 Large egges
- 2 Teaspoons of Anise Extract
- 2 Teaspoons Sour Cream
- Smaller Recipe (makes approx. 40 cookies)
- 2 1/2 Cups of all purpose Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Heaping teaspoons baking powder
- 1 Stick of Margarine or Butter
- 1/2 Cup granulated Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Anise Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Sour Cream
- 1 2/3 Cups of confectioners sugar
- Gradually add a few drops of water to desired icing consistency. Spread over the tops of each cookie and let dry.
