Apple Pancakes

Mix ingredients together. Cook like regular pancakes, will take slightly longer to cook
- 2 cups Pioneer Pancake Mix
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Apple Sauce
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
Southwestern Chicken Salad (work in progress)

Cook rice as directed. Heat beans and corn in microwave or on stove
- Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups Rice
- Ranchstyle beans or Black Beans
- Corn (cream of corn or mexicorn?)
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Cheese (Mexican cheese, mozz., or cheddar?)
- Sour cream
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- 2 cans of chicken

Oreo Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Truffles

- 2 tbsp half and half (can sub milk)

Smothered Chicken & Green Bean Skillet

Broccoli Salad

- 5 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
