- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup canned corn kernels, drained
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup tortilla strips, for garnish
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro, stems removed
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Hard Pretzels

To warm water add sugar and yeast and let it rest for 2 minutes
- For baking soda bath:
- 1/2 cup Warm Water (may need more if dry)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Instant Yeast * (Note)
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- Others:
- Melted Butter or Egg Wash (for brushing on the Pretzels)
- Rock Salt or Brown Sugar or Granulated Sugar (for sprinkling on the Pretzels)
- Note: Or use 3/4 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast. When adding yeast to warm water, wait for 3-4 minutes for it to bubble up before adding to flour
