Green Beans with Garlic Herb Butter

- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 celery rib, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh or dried rosemary
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Fruit Glazed Pork over Mixed Greens

1. Heat oven to 400F. Season tenderloins with salt and pepper
- 48 oz pork tenderloin
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 5 Tbs olive oil
- 1/3 cup Sugar free apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup Sugar free Orange Marmalade
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 6 cup mixed greens
