Tons of Blueberry Coffee Cake

Directions Preheat oven to 375
- 1 ⁄4 cup butter
- 3 ⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tssp. Vanilla
- 1 ⁄2 cup milk, plus
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups blueberries

- 1 ⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter
Shrimp Creole

1. Cook Veggies in oil till tender
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 8 oz. can tomatoes
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 2 Tbs water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup shrimp
