  • Tips
  • Use 2 skewers for each row of shrimp. If you don't they will spin on you when you try to turn them and you will go nuts trying to get the uncooked side down! Not funny when you have such a small amount of cooking time!!
  • Lay them in a row on a dinner plate, facing the same direction about the length of your skewer and insert the skewer on one side of the shrimp, and then insert the second skewer in the other side
  • Go easy on the salt. Found it a bit on the salty side last time I made it. Old age?!?
