For the crumb base: Throw the cookies and melted butter into a food processor and pulverize
- Crumb Base:
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- Pudding:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (note; reduce, reviews said too sweet)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 vanilla beans, seeds scraped out (caviar)
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- Grated semisweet chocolate, to decorate

- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 3/4 cup plus a scant 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Chocolate-Dipped Candied Oranges

1. Using a very sharp knife, cut the orange into thin slices (1/8-inch)

You want to heat the wok at hot as you can get it and have all of your ingredients prepped and ready to go
- Sesame Oil (I used toasted sesame oil from Trader Joe's)
- Vegetable oil (for the wok)
- 4 cups of cooked rice (I used Jasmine rice, 2 days old)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tsp fresh minced garlic (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- Dash low-sodium soy sauce (optional)
- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp (you can use anything-- pork, chicken, beef, tofu)
- 2-3 Scallions, diced on the bias
- Frozen peas, thawed (about 1/2- 1 cup)
- Shredded carrots (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

- 4 cups (17-ounces) bread flour* (recommended King Arthur Flour unbleached bread flour)

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) warm water
- WATER BATH:
- 2 quarts water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Olallieberry Barbecue Sauce
