Directions 1.Mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on a plate

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded 1/2 inch thick and cut into thirds

- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (13.75 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, liquid reserved
- 1/4 cup capers, with liquid
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 pastry for a (10 inch) double crust pie
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced or package of frozen pear carrots beans
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon or 2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups water strike if using broth
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
Big Daddy Salsa Recipe:

A quick and easy salsa recipe which is perfect for entertaining
- 10-12 Yellow Chili's (can also use Jalapeno's if yellow not available but reduce by a couple)
- 2 bunches of green onions (chopped very small, including green part)
- 1 bunch of Cilantro (very finely chopped)
- 5-6 cloves of garlic (sometimes I use more as I love garlic) minced.
- 1 28 oz can of stewed tomatoes (I buy the diced so I don't have to chop up as much)
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
BEEF AND CABBAGE SOUP

Beef and cabbage soup that is great for a winter's day or any day
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 small head cabbage
- 4 celery ribs
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 t citric acid ( sour salt)
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
- 4 beef bouillon cubes with 2 cups of water or 2 cups broth
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Beans and Greens ala Umberto's

A delicious starter dish of cooked greens and cannelloni beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pinched pepper flakes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini (white) beans, drained do not rinse
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 anchovy filet (you could just use salt)
- 1 head escarole, chopped or kale or spinach
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pinched pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

- 1/2 cup uncooked spinach pasta
