Pretzel Bottom Snickers Blondies

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- 3 cups pretzel twists
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 3 cups coarsely chopped Snickers bars or unchopped Snickers Minis

- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup butterscotch morsels
Sweet Potato Parmesan Crisps

Preheat oven to 425. Set a wire rack on top of a baking sheet
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Parmesan Spread

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 4 ounces softened butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5-6 grinds black pepper
Peanut Butter Balls

Mix all together with hand mixer
- 1 cup honey or corn syrup
- 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2.5 cups dry milk powder
- 3 cups quick oats
Crab Rangoon Dip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 24 wonton wrappers, cut into 1-inch strips
- Oil, for frying
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 6 ounces lump crab meat
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Spring Herb Quinoa Patties

Combine everything but the quinoa in a large bowl and mix well
- 2 cups cooked quinoa (about 3/4 c. dry)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped mint
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. grated strong cheese – we used an aged sheep’s milk cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
Zucchini Parmesan Fritters

Grate 2 medium zucchini and place in a towel and blot to remove excess liquid
- 2 medium zucchini, grated
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, plus extra to sprinkle on top
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- olive oil
Pina Colada Pops

Blend all ingredients and freeze in popsicle molds
- 1 can pineapple chunks, in juice
- 1 banana
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Snickers Dip

- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 8oz Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 Snickers bars, chopped
