Pudding Pops

Empty vanilla pudding into a mixing bowl and add 1 1/2c
- 1 3.9oz box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 3.9oz box instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups of cold milk (divided)
- 1 8oz container Cool Whip topping (divided)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 12-14 popsicle or sucker sticks
- 12-14 (3oz) paper disposable cups
Sweet & Spicy Green Beans

Arrange a steamer basket in a pot over boiling water, and steam the green beans 3 to 4 minutes
- 3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
Cheddar Garlic Oven Fried Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter an 11 x 7-inch pan
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 3/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- shredded cheddar cheese
Orange Cottage Cheese Salad

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well
- 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping
- 3 oz box dry orange Jello
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Asian Sticky Wings

Preheat oven to 425F; have ready a shallow baking pan that you've lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons hot sauce
Potato & Ham Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 32 oz package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 oz cooked, diced ham
- 2 10.75 oz cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 16 oz container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
- 2 whole bananas, frozen, peeled and sliced
- 1 6oz. carton non-fat Vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
Vanilla Bean Frozen Custard Pops

In a heavy saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups milk and the cornstarch
- 2 cups whole milk, divided
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 large egg plus 3 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
Tropical Slush

Mash together until sherbet is softened and slush-like
- 1/2 gallon lime sherbet
- 1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
- 2 liters 7-up
- 6 oz. frozen pineapple juice
- 6 oz. frozen limeade
- 7 1/2 oz (1/2 can) Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
