Stuffed Peppadew Peppers

Place goat cheese in a zip top bag
- 6 ounces herbed soft goat cheese, room temperature
- 24 peppadew peppers (found in the grocery store near the olive jars)
- 1 bunch chives
Broccoli Salad

- Salad:
- 2-4 bunches broccoli rinsed and cut in small pieces
- 1 lb bacon cooked crisp and chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4-1/2 cup rice vinegar (other kinds work as well)
- 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
BASIC MUFFINS

- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil or melted shortening
A Mango Party ‘Mango Mango’ Mango Preserves
