Ingredients

  • Salad:

  • 2-4

    bunches broccoli rinsed and cut in small pieces

  • 1

    lb bacon cooked crisp and chopped

  • ½

    red onion chopped

  • ½

    cup golden raisins

  • ½

    cup sunflower seeds

  • Dressing:

  • 1

    cup mayonnaise

  • ¼-½

    cup rice vinegar (other kinds work as well)

  • ¼-½

    cup sugar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put salad ingredients together in a medium mix bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together then pour over salad and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to over night for best results. Stir or shake to coat salad with dressing.
