  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus 1/8 tsp pepper divided
  • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets, or try with salmon, tilapia, tuna, cod, steelhead trout or chicken
