Potato Salad

Cook first 7 ingredients together until boiling and thick
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 T. flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 T. cream
- 1 T. butter
- 3 large potatoes
- 2 Hard boiled eggs
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Almond Poppy Seed Bars

Almond poppy seed bars and creamy frosting
- bars
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 t. almond extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 1/2 t. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- Creamy frosting
- 3 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 3 T. milk
Cinnamon Rolls

For the dough, heat the milk, vegetable oil, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat to just below a boil
- MAPLE FROSTING:
- 1 quart Whole Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 packages Active Dry Yeast, 0.25 Ounce Packets
- 8 cups (Plus 1 Cup Extra, Separated) All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon (heaping) Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon (scant) Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon (heaping) Salt
- Plenty Of Melted Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- Generous Sprinkling Of Cinnamon
- 1 bag Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Maple Flavoring
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Melted Butter
- 1/4 cups Brewed Coffee
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
Chicken Crescents

Blend cream cheese and margarine till smooth
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 T. margarine (softened)
- 2 c. cooked and chopped chicken or turkey (or 2-5 oz. cans of chicken)
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 2-3 T. sherry or white wine
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- Crushed cornflakes
- Melted butter
Cranberry Salad

Let fruit stand for 2 hours
- 2 apples peeled or not
- 2 oranges and rind
- 1 lb. cranberries-wash and drain
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 small or 1 large cherry or raspberry jello
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 to 2 1/2 oz walnuts

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup butter flavored crisco
- 1 Tblsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Chicken Lasagna Rolls with Chive-Cream Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 dried lasagna noodles
- 1 8 ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese or Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup bottled roasted red sweet peppers, drained and sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara pasta sauce
Broccoli, Bacon and Cheddar Toss

Mix salad ingredients. mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad
- Dressing:
- 3 c. broccoli flowerettes
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. red onions
- Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Greek Turkey Burger

Preheat grill to medium-high
- 1 package(s) (.7 oz.) Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup(s) finely chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup(s) finely chopped cucumber
- 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 1/4 pound(s) ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/3 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon(s) milk
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 1/4 cup(s) crumbled Feta cheese
- Lettuce leaves, for garnish (optional)
Layered Lettuce Salad

Tear or cut the cleaned, crispy lettuce into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
- Salad mixture:
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 c. diced celery
- 6 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
- 1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas- thawed and uncooked
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 8 slices bacon, fried and diced
- 4 oz. (1 c.) cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- (Some people use raw cauliflower instead of peas)
