  • 2/3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Meat sauce:
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz.) can of tomato paste
  • 2 cans water (use tomato can)
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 shakes pepper
  • 1 t. Worcestershire sauce.
  • Rasagna:
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2-3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. lasagna (8 slices)
