Eggs benedict breakfast pizza

Melt 1 Tblsp butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat
- 12 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tblsp butter
- 2 8 oz cans regrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 9 oz pkg hollandaise sauce mix
- 2/3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Spaghetti Sauce or Rasagna

Cook ground beef and onions in a frying pan
- Meat sauce:
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) can of tomato paste
- 2 cans water (use tomato can)
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 2 shakes pepper
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce.
- Rasagna:
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2-3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. lasagna (8 slices)
Turkey Burgers

Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties (6)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
- 3 T. finely chopped onions
- 2 T. ketchup
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. soy sauce
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. Tabasco sauce
- Freshly ground pepper
Chocolate Peanut Butter

Mix together Oreo and butter and press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan
- 2 rows of Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 bag of semi-sweet choc. chips
- 1 bag peanut butter chips
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Red, White, and Blue Stuffed French Toast

Prepare this dish 12 hours before serving: Spray a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with nonstick baking spray
- 12 pieces white bread, cubed
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 c. heavy cream for topping
- 1/2 c. white sugar mixed with 1 t. cinnamon
Chicken Spaghetti

Cook 1 cut up fryer and pick out the meat to make two cups
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken
- 3 cups Dry Spaghetti, Broken Into Two Inch Pieces
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Finely Diced Green Pepper
- 1/4 cups Finely Diced Onion
- 1 jar (4 Ounce) Diced Pimentos, Drained
- 2 cups Reserved Chicken Broth From Pot
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons (to 1/4 Teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Additional Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Japanese Chicken Salad

Mix chicken, lettuce and green onions
- Dressing:
- 3-4 Cooked Chicken Breast, Cut into Cubes
- 2 head lettuce, cleaned and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (3 oz) can chow Mein noodles
- 1 (2 oz) bag slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 4 T. Sugar
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 4 T. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Red Beans

- 1 lb. dry red beans
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 ribs celery,chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (14 oz.)chicken broth

- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. cumin
- 4 bay leaves
- 1/2 t. hot sauce
- 2 full length smoked sausage
