- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 4 balls bocconcini (small balls of fresh mozzarella. if you can’t find these, you can cut up bigger balls of fresh mozz and use that!)
- 1 (28 oz) can San Marzano crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 pound spaghetti

- CUPCAKES
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 stick or 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light-brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
- MAPLE-BUTTER FROSTING
- 1 cup of softened, unsalted butter
- 3 ounces of cream cheese, also softened
- 2/3 cup of dark-brown sugar (I use golden)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup of maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of confectioners' (icing) sugar
- Cooked bacon strips for garnish

- handful a handful of fresh mint

- crushed peanuts for topping
- For the Peanut Sauce:
- 3 3 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 2 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 2 to tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (sub a gluten free tamari if you need to make the recipe GF)
- 1-2 1-2 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 1 1 tablespoons water
- 1 1 1 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
- 1 1 1 tablespoons honey
- a big squeeze of lime juice
- dash a dash of fish sauce
