Honey Hoisin Glazed Wings

Arrange an oven rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat the broiler
- 12 chicken wings, wing tips removed, split at the joint
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons black and white sesame seeds, for serving
Avocado Cream and Chicken Suiza Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 cups cooked and skinned shredded chicken meat (about 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken)
- 2 4-ounce cans diced Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles
- 1/2 medium white onion, diced
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Avocados from Mexico
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, stems and leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- Juice of one lime
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (or just Monterey Jack if you prefer)
- 8-10 7”-8” flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Jack and {Mexican} Coke Popsicles

- 5 fluid ounces Jack Daniels Whiskey
- 20 fluid ounces Mexican Coke, flattened (pour into a bowl and allow to sit until no more carbonation is present; about 1 hour)

- Filling:

- 2 2 2 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur, if desired
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 6 6 to 60% chocolate (I like to use 60% cocoa chocolate bars), melted and cooled
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup milk
- Toppings:
- 2 2 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 2 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 6 6 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
- 20 to 24 20 to 24 24 mini milk chocolate-covered peanut, caramel and nougat candy bars, frozen and then chopped
