Spiced Apple Whiskey Sour

Instructions for Cinnamon Simple Syrup: Combine the water and sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat
- Ingredients for Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- Ingredients for Spiced Apple
- Cider Whisky Sour (makes 2 cocktails):
- 4 ounces Bourbon (I used Maker’s Mark)
- 4 ounces Spiced Apple Cider
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 1 ounce Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 4 dashes of Orange Bitters
Baked Nutella Donuts

For the Nutella Donuts: Preheat oven to 350°F
- For the Nutella Donuts:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 large egg

- 1 Tbsp cornstarch

- 1 1/2 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
- Zest of 1 Lime
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 2 Cloves Garlic Grated
- 1 - 12 Ounce Beer
- Dash of Hot Sauce
- Big Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin

- Dash of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- For the SAUCE:
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Room Temperature Beer
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups Grated Pepperjack Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the ENCHILADAS:
- 8 Flour Tortillas
- Sliced Jalapeno for garnish

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 small limes, zested and juiced
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk- room temperature
- Strawberry Tequila Filling:
- 2 cups chopped strawberries
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup of tequila
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons corn starch*
- For the Frosting:
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, soft
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry tequila filling (from above)
