Ganache: Place chocolate chips in a metal mixing bowl
- Ganache:
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Filling:
- 6 1/2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream, plus 3/4 cup, whipped soft
- 6 1/2 (1-ounce) squares premium white baking chocolate, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 2/3 cup roasted, chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 pre-baked deep-dish (9-inch) pie shell
- Garnish:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 to 2 ounces chopped macadamia nuts
Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup (Paula Deen)

Heat olive oil over medium high heat
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cooked breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1 3/4 Pounds)
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced Carrots (about 3 small)
- 2 1/2 cups sliced Zucchini (about 2 medium)
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Diced Tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Chicken Broth
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

Coat bottom and sides on an 8 inch pie plate lightly with butter
- 1/2 C Chocolate Syrup
- 1/3 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 C Rice Krispies
- 1/4 C Sour Cream
- 1 Quart Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Softened
Jelly Bean Bark

Easter Treat
- 1 Tbs Melted Butter
- 1 1/4 pounds white candy coating (or almond bark)
- 2 C miniature jelly beans
Chicken, Italian Baked (Harding)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1-2/12 to 3 pound chicken or 8 chicken breasts.
- 1/2 C Salad Oil
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Oregano
- 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 C All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Paprika
Oriental Chicken Salad

Preheat oil in deep fryer or deep pan over medium heat
- Dressing:
- 3 Tbs honey
- 1 1/2 Tbs rice winevinegar
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp sesame oil
- Salad:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C corn flake crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 2-4 C vegetable oil
- 3 C chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 C red and Napa cabbage
- 1/2 C julienne carrots
- 1 Tbs sliced almonds
- 1/3 C chow mien noodles
Blueberry Pie (LuLu)

Whip ½ pint of cream until fluffy
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 pie shell
- 1 small package cream cheese
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp almond flavor
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 pint whipping cream, divided
Meat Rub (WW)

Mix and rub on meat. Grill, Bake, or cook however you wish
- 1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 20 oz. of Lean Meat

- 1 pound ground beef and sausage, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can whole, peeled tomatoes
- Cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 package chili seasoning mix
- 2 cups chopped celery
- Shredded Cheddar
- Sour cream
- Chopped green onions
Niemann Marcus Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Pulse oatmeal in blender until powder
- 2 C butter
- 4 C flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 C sugar
- 2 C brown sugar
- 5 C oatmeal
- 24 oz chocolate chips
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 8 oz Hershey bar, grated
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 C nuts, chopped
