Petits Fours (Bakery Style)

Cake: Trim the sides and rounded top to make a squared off rectangle
- 10 3/4 ounce Pound Cake, Thawed
- 2 Tbs Apricot Spreadable Fruit
- 2 C Powdered Sugar
- 3-4 Tbs Water
- 1 Tsp Unsalted Butter, Soften
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Drop Food Coloring
- 24 Candied Violets, or Decorative Sprinkles
Key Lime Icebox Pie

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees
- 1-14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 TBS lemon zest
- 1/2 C Key Lime Juice
- 3 Large Egg Yolks
- 1/4 C Buttermilk
- Crust for Pies Recipe
- Whipped Cream Recipe
Crepes (WW)

Mix above in a blender and refrigerate for one hour
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/4 C Fat Free Milk
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Tbs Egg Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Substitute
- 1/2 tsp Grated Orange Rind
- 1/2 tsp Vanill
- Pinch of Salt
- Chocolate Filling
- 1 1/2 C Fat Free Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Grated Orange Rind
- Topping
- 1 1/2 C Sliced Strawberries
Frosting, Lemon Cream Cheese

Beat butter and cream cheese in a mixer until well blended
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 C powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- yellow food coloring
Captain Daiquiri

- 1 oz Rum
- 1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1 splash club soda

Chicken Casserole (LuLu)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Combine ingredients and bake for 1 hour; Makes 2 casseroles
- Whole chicken, diced
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- Onions
- 1 soup can of milk
- Spaghetti, cooked
- 1/2 can chicken broth

Cream together Butter, Vegetable Oil, Sugars, Water, and Eggs Combine Dry ingredients and slowly add to butter mix...
- 1 C Butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 C Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/4 C Sugar
- 3/4 C Powdered Sugar
- 2 T Water
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 t Baking Soda
- 1/2 t Cream of Tarter
- 1 t Salt
- 5 1/2 C Flour
Chicken Gnocchi Soup (Marshall Conner)

Melt the butter in a soup pot then add in the garlic to sauté
- 1/3 Cup butter
- 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- 1 lb Chicken Cubed or Large Chunks (I actually have been using 2 cans of canned chicken)
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Onion (Since I hate onions I use 1 1/4 Tablespoons of Onion Powder)
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Spinach torn in Pieces
- 2 Cups of Whole Milk
- 2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3-5 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- Cracked Pepper to Taste
- 1 Package 17.6oz of Gnocchi
Chicken Tetrazzini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 16 OZ Linguini, Cooked
- 1/2 C Butter, Softened
- Check Breast
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 C Chicken Broth
- 2 C Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 C Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese
Chorizo (Juanita Velasquez)

Note: Makes LOTS. Freeze some and reheat
- 2 lbs ground meat
- 1 lb Owens Sage Sausage
- 3 oz bottle of Gebhardt Chili Powder
- 1 C vinegar
- 2 Tbs salt
- 1 Tbs pepper
- 2 tsp whole cumin seeds (Comino)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Scrambled eggs
- Cheese
- Flour tortillas
