I grew up eating these from a little Italian bakery in the neighborhood
- 1 (8 ounce) can almond paste
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 -8 drops red food coloring
- 6 -8 drops green food coloring
- 1/4 cup seedless red raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 1/3 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick well-chilled Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 1/2 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- 3 to 6 tablespoons ice cold water
- DOUBLE CRUST
- 2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour

- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (11.75-ounce) jar of Smuckers strawberry ice cream topping
- TOPPING:
- 12 golden Oreos crushed, divided into 2 bowls--1 for plain Oreo topping and 1 for your strawberry ones

1. Place Oreo Cookies in a bag/blender and smash/blend until it is the consistency of dirt
- 1 16oz package of Oreo Cookies
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 16oz pack Cooking Chocolate (Hershey's Semi sweet chocolate chips the best)
Chicken Meatballs

- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg (lightly scrambled)
- 1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano (freshly grated)
