The meat should fall apart if you just look at it
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb cubed beef stew meat (1 1/4")
- 1 med onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz beer (pale lager)
- 3 1/2 c beef broth
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 new potatoes (1 1/2"-2" diameter), quartered
- 4 carrots, sliced diagonally
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- Finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Crusty bread (optional)
Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce (Copy Cat)

Make Pasta to your liking
- 1 lb pkg Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
The Perfect White Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two 8-inch cake pans
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1 cup milk at room temperature
- 6 large egg whites at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened but still cool

- For the Cake
- 4 c.all-purpose flour
- 2 c.sugar
- 1 c.brown sugar
- 2 1/4 c.Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3 tsp.baking soda
- 3 tsp.baking powder
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 1/2 c.melted butter

- 2 1/2 c. strong black coffee
- 2 1/2 c. buttermilk or milk

Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350. Sift together the first 7 ingredients, blend well and set aside
- Cinnamon filling:
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/3 c water
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix well & set aside.
