  • 1 tablespoon seasoning mix for the condensed soup (or 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. parsley)
  • Optional: sub 2 cans cream of chicken soup for the ingredients above
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning mix of your choice for the flavor of the casserole – my favorite was a smoked hickory southwestern seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
