Mix together the cracker crumbs, butter and sugar; press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish
- 50 buttery round crackers, crushed
- 1/4 pound butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1. In a large skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat
- Salad:
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) ramen noodles, crushed

- 2 bunches romaine, torn
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup olive oil

Grill Master Chicken Wings

Combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, Italian dressing, and chicken wings in a large, zip-top bag
- Wings:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 3 pounds chicken wings, cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste

- 1.75 pounds sirloin or blade steak or chuck-eye roast, fat trimmed, cut into 3/4" pieces

- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) lima beans, rinsed and drained
