Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 cups (4 sticks) melted butter
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (recommended: Texas Pete)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 pounds unpeeled medium shrimp
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- French bread, for dipping
Fettuccine Bolognese

Preparation Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pound ground veal
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 ounces pancetta or bacon, finely chopped
- 2 14 1/2-ounce cans whole tomatoes in juice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken stock or one 14 1/2-ounce can (or more) low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 5 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or 2 1/2 teaspoons dried
- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
SHRIMP BALL

- 3 cans small shrimp (mashed fine)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 tbs. lemon juice

- 1 (7-pound) semi-boneless leg of lamb, aitchbone removed, fat trimmed to 1/4 inch thick, and lamb tied
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry red wine or beef broth
