Streuseled Acorn Squash Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- streusel topping:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (can sub with vegetable oil)
- 1 1/4 cup peeled and finely grated acorn squash
- 1 small overripe banana, mashed
- 2-3 1/2 tablespoons milk (depending on batter consistency)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small cubes
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
Me'me's Chicken Soup

Water for chicken. Start boiling the chicken cover with water, cook until chicken is cooked
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 2 Stick celery
- 1 med. Onion
- 2 can chicken broth
- 1 tbls Spoon parsley
- 1 tsp. cumin ground
- 1 tsp. curry
- 2 chicken cubes
- 1 can dies tomatoes
- thin noodles
- 3/4 cup of rice.

Molasses Cookies

1.In a medium bowl, mix together the melted margarine, 1 cup sugar, and egg until smooth
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Tiramisu Cake

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 1 tablespoon coffee flavored liqueur
Cinnamon Babka Bread

1. Make the Filling: Combine all of the filling ingredients in a medium bowl
- Filling:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 egg white
- Dough:
- 1/2 cup whole milk, heated to 110 degrees F
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp instant or rapid rise yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces and softened
- Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Pumpkin Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp sat
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups (15 ounces) canned pumpkin
- 2/3 cups water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Apple Chutney

For the chutney: In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat; add the onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 4 green apples (such as Granny Smith), peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp salted butter
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp heavy cream (poured into the same cup so it can be added all at once)
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature (I used 1/4 cup unsalted 1/4 cup salted)
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp caramel sauce
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I used 1/2 cup semi-sweet and 1/2 cup milk chocolate)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup toasted coconut, cooled and slightly crushed into smaller pieces
