  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 1 portobello mushroom, sliced in 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
  • sprinkle garlic powder
  • sprinkle smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener (I used maple)
  • 1-2 drops liquid smoke (optional)
  • to taste black pepper
  • toast of your choice (optional)
