Mix pancake/crepe ingredients with a hand mixer on low speed
- Crepes:

- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups milk (+/-)
- 1 1/2 Tbls sugar

Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

Sautee in 4 tbs of olive oil the onion, green pepper, and garlic
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 3 cans tomato paste
- 1 can Italian peeled tomatoes (Progresso or Hunts crushed)
- 3-4 cans water (paste can)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Oregano
- Basil

Mix shortening, sugar and eggs
- 1 cup shortening (margarine)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tps cream of tarter
- 1 tps soda
- 1/4 tps salt
- 2 Tlbs sugar
- 2 Tlbs cinnamin
Twix Brownies

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Shortbread Crust:
- 1 (12 oz) pkg shortbread cookies, finely ground
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- For the Brownies:
- 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients on back of box
- 1/4 cup hot fudge sundae topping
- For the Caramel Layer:
- 1 (14 oz) bag Kraft caramels, unwrapped (or use caramel bits–much easier)*I used werthers soft caramels 2 packages
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream *I used milk
- For the Chocolate:
- 1/2 pkg milk chocolate almond bark or Candiquik *I used 1 package of milk chocolate chips

- Cottage Cheese (1 container half the size of the ricotta) (use 2/3 for stuffed shells)
- Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup for stuffed shells)
- 3 or 4 eggs (Mom uses 3)
- Salt and pepper
- Mozzarella (Sprinkle for lasagna/1 cup for stuffed shells mixed in)
Aunt Diane's Potatoes au Gratin

- 4 whole Russet Potatoes, Scrubbed Clean (slice thin 1/4" thick)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1-1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cups Whole Milk

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
