I made them as cupcakes and split the recipe in half which made one dozen
- "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING (recipe follows):
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- Frosting:
- 1 package white cake mix (regular size)
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts-optional

Skinny Baked Mozzarella Sticks

Cut cheese in half to give you 24 pieces
- 12 sticks part-skim, reduced sodium mozzarella string cheese (Sargento)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp panko crumbs
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- olive oil cooking spray (I used my misto)
