I had to make this recipe whenever I visited my Uncle Dale

  • Crust: 2 cups flour, 2 sticks butter (softened), 1 cup of chopped nuts.
  • 2 nd Layer: 1 large pkg of cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 pkg whipped cream ( 9 oz)
  • 3 rd Layer: 3 boxes of instant pudding (any flavor but I use chocolate), 4 1/2 cups milk and beat until thick
  • 4 th Layer: 1 ( 9 oz) carton of whipped cream, chopped nuts, and maraschino cherries.

I made this for Thanksgiving 2012 and it was by far the best recipe for pumpkin pie that I've ever found

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust
