- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons each vanilla and almond extracts
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut, plain or toasted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Directions Combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika in bowl
