Crust for Pot Pie

Heat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 8 tablespoons ice water
Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Instructions Boil pasta shells to almost al dente (about 9 minutes)
- 25 large pasta shells
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Romano Cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh basil, roughly chopped or torn
- Fresh parsley, roughly chopped or torn
Homemade Fish Sticks

Cut the fish fillets into fish-stick sized strips
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 C flour (I used whole wheat)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 C dry bread crumbs (I used homemade dry bread crumbs)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, mix yeast, sugar and warm water together and let stand 3 minutes
- Additionally, you can add one of the following (or be creative and come up with your own delicious addition to the recipe!):
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (112-115 degrees F)
- 2 tablespoons dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 1/4 cups bread flour
- 8 cups of water, for boiling
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon water

Terrific Turkey Chili

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (7 ounce) can salsa
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, or coarsely chopped tomatoes packed in puree
- 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced thinly into strips

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- 2 cups shredded cabbage (see note below)
- 2 stalks bok choy, sliced (or celery ribs)
- 1 cup sliced carrot (see note below)
- 2 sweet bell peppers, thinly sliced (red-orange-or yellow)
