Salisbury Steak

Preparation Combine all the ingredients for the meat mixture and knead until all combined
- MEAT MIXTURE
- 1-1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1 cube Beef Bouillon, Crumbed (or Powdered Beef Base)
- 4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- Salt And Pepper
- Gravy
- 1 whole Onion, Halved And Thinly Sliced (or Diced If You Prefer)
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 4 dashes Worcestershire (additional)
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup (additional)
- 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Corn Starch Mixed With A Little Beef Broth To Make A Thin Paste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- More Broth If Needed For Thinning
- Mashed Potatoes, For Serving
- Buttered Peas, For Serving
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, For Frying
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, For Frying

- 1/2 cup water, plus
- 2 tablespoons water, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb boneless round steak or 1 lb charcoal chuck steak, cut into thin 3-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Mawa's Raspberry Cream Cheese

Simmer sugar and raspberries over medium low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes until thickened
- For Raspberry sauce
- 1 16 oz bag of frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- For Raspberry Cream Cheese Spread
- 1- 8 oz pack of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened (leave out at room temp for a couple hours prior)
- 1/4 cup raspberry sauce
- 2 T sugar
- Juice of half a lemon

Directions Stir together drained tomatoes, cheese and basil in medium bowl; set aside
- 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 3/4 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1 pkg (0.75 oz each) fresh basil, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts (5 oz each)
- 1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 cups small garlic- or Italian-flavored croutons, crushed slightly
