- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar OR light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar OR white distilled vinegar
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup canola oil OR salad/vegetable oil
- salt and pepper, to taste

- FOR USE AS A FILLING:
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- FOR USE AS A FROSTING:
- 12 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
- 18 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

- 1/4 pound bacon, diced
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

- chopped green onions, approximately 1/2 cup (optional)

- SPATHETTI SEASONING MIX:
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons green pepper flakes ***Cooks Note: If you can't find the green pepper flakes at your store I substitute 1/2 tsp of dried basil and add 1/2 tsp of black pepper in its place.
- 1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- SPAGHETTI SAUCE:
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 3 - 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
- 1 - 6 oz can of tomato paste
- 2 3/4 cups of tomato juice or water
- 1 pound angel hair spaghetti OR 1 lb of any type of pasta of your choice

This is so good and so easy, so why ever buy bottled Ranch Dressing again ??
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup regular or light mayonnaise (or try a combination of mayo and sour cream, if you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or 1/4 teaspoon of regular table salt)
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 small clove of minced garlic)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon of dry dill (or a teaspoon chopped fresh)
