Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I use 1/2-3/4 cup mini chips)

- 4 Anaheim peppers (about 8 ounces)

Black Bean and Beef Tostadas

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat util no longer pink: drain
- 8 oz lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 8 tostada shells

- 1 white onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic

- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided (I used 2 cups)
