Melt butter, sugar and corn syrup and pour in the bottom of an 8x8 pan
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons corn syrup
- 5 eggs
- 11/2 cups of 1/2&1/2
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Ameretto
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
Fabulous Carrot Cake

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl, set aside
- 2/3 cup foul
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 11/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb bag of carrots peeled and grated
- 1 (8oz can) crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8oz pkg. cream cheese)
- 1 (16oz. powder sugar)
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 1 tsp vanilla
Broccoli Salad

Cook bacon. Cool, crumble, and set aside
- 1 pound bacon
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie

- 3/4 c butter
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal blended
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- 4-6 oz finely grated chocolate bar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

- 1/2 cup 1/3 less-fat cream cheese softened
