Marinade Kabobs

Great marinate for Kabobs!
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 sm chopped onion
- 1 " cubed sirloin-several pounds of beef
Dijon Pot Roast and Vegetables

Trim fat and put roast in slow cooker or dutch oven
- 1 (3 pound) boned chuck roast
- 3 medium Vidalia onions cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 pounds of carrots cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 1/2 parsley
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 salt
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3 Tbsp water
- 3 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 (12 oz) package of wide egg noodles
McBride BBQ Sauce

Mix together and simmer for 30 minutes Baste ribs with this sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Oatmeal Crispies

This is a favorite of my three children!
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- raisins (optional)
Tina's Chicken BBQ Sauce

Sautee celery and onions in butter and then add the other ingredients in the sautéed pan of celery and onions
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 c. celery (chopped)
- 2 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1 c. plain vinegar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 T honey
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pickapeppa sauce
- 1/4 fresh lemon
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- Dash of Paprika
Blueberry Cobbler

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/8 cups white sugar
- 4 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup boiling water
Hot Fudge Sauce

Directions Fill the lower pot of a double boiler half way and bring to a boil
- Ingredients
- 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
Rigatoni with grilled peppers and onions

Bring pot of water to boil
- 2 medium red onions, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rings
- 2 large red bell peppers, cut into quarters
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 12 oz box of rigatoni
- 1 bunch spinach, stems trimmed
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup basil leave thinly sliced
Fudge Pie

Bake at 325〫 for 30-35 minutes (Do not over bake) Melt butter and add cocoa
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Coconut Cream Pie

Bake deep dish pie shell according to directions on the package
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut
