Pumpkin Lentil Bean Soup from Rona Reich

Saute onions,add rest of ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1-2 Tbs oil
- 2 medium zucchini,unpeeled and cut into chunk size
- 8 cups water
- 1 lb fresh pumpkin or butternut squash cubed
- 1 large white potato
- 1 cup dried lentils(pink ones)
- 2-3 scallions,diced
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried mustard powder
Lettuce Salad with Salmon Cubes

Prepare salmon,drizzle orange juice on top of the fillet,and sprinkle with garlic and pepper
- lettuce
- cucumbers cut into 1/2 rounds
- diced avocado
- diced mango
- diced red onion
- diced colored peppers
- tomatoes,diced or thinly sliced
- Salmon fillet
- orange juice
- garlic cloves,sliced
- black pepper
- lemon juice,freshly squeezed
- Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic,crushed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs orange juice
- 2 Tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice

Pizza Dough

Place all dry ingredients into a large mixer bowl and combine at low speed for 10 seconds

- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs orange juice concentrate
- 2 pkg. frozen cheese or fruit blintzas
Brown Sugar Fudge Cookies from Mish Mag (stella Dora like)

Preheat oven to 350. Cream marg and sugar together,then add the remaining ingred,Mix until you have an even dough
