Ingredients

  • 2 1/2

    lb white flour

  • 1

    Tbs salt

  • 3

    Tbs sugar

  • 2 1/4

    tsp dry yeast

  • 3

    cups water

  • 2

    Tbs oil

Directions

Place all dry ingredients into a large mixer bowl and combine at low speed for 10 seconds. Add the water and mix on low for 2 min. Add the oil and mix on low for 2 min. Turn the mixer to high for an additional 2 min.Divide dough into 4 balls. Coat each ball well with flour and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rise for 1 1/2 hrs. If not using immediately,dough can be refrigerated or frozen by placing balls into individual plastic bags(coat with flour again to reduce stickiness).Bring to room temp before using the dough.
