- 6 shnapp size cups water
- 2 shnaap size cups vinegar
- 6 sugar substitute packets

Lemon Ice Cream Pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius)
- NUT CRUST:
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup ground pecans or walnuts
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- LEMON ICE CREAM:
- 6 eggs, separated
- heaping 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 TBSP vanilla sugar
- scant 1/2 cup oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, for garnish
