Grease a 9x13 pan. Melt 4 Tbs marg in a large saucepan
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 10 oz marshmallow miniature
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts,chopped
- 4 oz baking chocolate
Butter Pecan Ice Cream from Mish Mag

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form,gradually adding sugar
- 10 eggs,separated
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 8oz containers pareve whipping cream
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup toasted,chopped pecans(crush one or two small peanut brittle bars and add to the ice cream for added crunch and more nut flavor)
- 1 cup maple syrup,plus more for garnish candied pecans
Dijon Vinegarette Asparagus

Boil asparagus until crisp/tender in 1/2" water
- 2 lbs asparagus
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves,pressed
- 2 Tbs chopped red onion
- 2 Tbs pine nuts
Sweet Carrot Kugel

Mix all ingredients together
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrots (3-4 medium carrots)
- 2 apples, grated
- 1/2 cup coarsely ground walnuts

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 2 Tbs flour
- 1 12 oz box frozen chocolate chip cookie dough(12 cookies)
- CHEESE LAYER
- 2 8 oz containers whipped cream cheese,room temp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs,room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- GANACHE TOPPING
- 3 oz good quality chocolate
- 3 Tbs heavy cream
Apple Strawberry Crumble(kugel)

Combine the apples,sugar,lemon juice and cinn
- FRUIT MIXTURE
- 7 apples,peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 small box strawberries,sliced or frozen
- CRUMBLE
- 2 1/2 cups potato starch(if using flour you will need more,maybe 3 cups)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil*(a little less)
- 3 1/2-4 oz ground nuts
- 1 vanilla sugar,optional
