Chocolate Scotcheroos

Place the corn syrup and sugar into 3-quart saucepan
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups Kellogg's® Cocoa Krispies® cereal
- OR
- 1 package (6 oz., 1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Apple Knockers

Simmer the ingrediants for 20 minutes
- 8 cups cider
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/2 shot apple jack brandy to 3 shots of cider.
Frosty Pumpkin Dessert

Chop cookies. Melt butter and stir in cookie crumbs
- 32 gingersnaps finely chopped, (1 1/3 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 container (1/2 gallon) vanilla ice cream, divided
- 1 1/2 cups thawed, frozen shipped topping, divided
- 2/3 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup solid pack pumpkin
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pecans, Spiced

Beat egg white & water until frothy
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Chipped beef on English Muffins

Saute mushrooms & onions in butter
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- Fresh mushrooms or 1 can whole mushrooms and 2 cans mushrooms & stems
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 lb. or more dried beef, chopped
- English muffins
Caramels, Chocolate

Add cocoa to sugar,and mix with the best of ingrediants
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 cups corn syrup
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 cup butter
Cheesy Beef Enchilada Casserole

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef ( lean)
- 1 large onion, chopped or season with Onion powder or minced onion
- 2 1/2 cups salsa
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans or red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium taco seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 flour or corn tortillas (8 inches)
- 1 small can of drained corn, or about 1 1/4 cups of frozen corn (optional)
- 3/4 cup sour cream *Note: I used 1/2 cup
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend or your favorite cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
Punch, Slush

Combine sugar & water in large saucepan
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 cups of water
- 2 (3oz.) pkg. instant jello (strawberry & raspberry)
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 1 quart orange juice
- 2/3 cups lemon juice
- 2 (28oz.) bottle vernors (2 liter)
Butterscotch cheerio snacks

Melt butterscotch chips, karo syrup, margaine and vanilla together
- 1 (12oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup karo syrup
- 1 stick margaine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups cherrios
- 2 cups peanuts
A Lighter Wet Burrito Casserole

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 (10 ounce) cans refried beans
- 2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces light sour cream
