Ham It Up Cresent Snacks

Heat oven 375*. Unroll dough in 4 rectangles
- 1 8 oz. cresent rolls
- 4-4 x7" thin slices ham
- 4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Forgotten Cookies

Preheat oven to 375* Beat egg whits, salt until very stiff
- 2 egg whits
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 1 tsp. vanilla

Chicken Bake, Sour cream

I got this recipe from a ranch friend in Wyoming, but I think it originally came from a company promoting something
- 2 -3 chicken breasts, cooked (4-5 thighs, or enough to cover the bottom of an 8x10 dish to your liking)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (may also use condensed cream of mushroom soup but personally the chicken is SO much better)
- 36 Club crackers (1 sleeve)
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
Nacho Dip, Hot

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2-8oz. cans tomato sauce
- 4-7 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 32 oz. velvetta cheese

Dampen meat with water, sprinkel with tenderizer
- 4 lb. boneless beef chuck steak
- Meat tenderizer
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
The Best Taco Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/2 cup hot taco sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 3/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 3/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Colby-jack cheese
Chicken Salad, with rice

Mix the first 5 ingrediants together and let stand overnight
- 5 cups cooked chicken
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 cups white grapes
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 can chuck pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups salad dressing
Poppy Seed Chicken

Mix sour cream, onion, & soup Put chopped chicken in 9x13 oven safe dish Cover chicken with sour cream mixture
