Olive Cheese Balls

Mix cheese & flour. Mix in margarine
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 36 small pimento stuffed olives, drained
Caramel Corn

Pop corn & place in roasting pan
- 1 2/3 cups popcorn, unpopped
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cups karo syrup

Broccoli/Cheese Soup

Saute onion in margarine. Add water, chicken bouillion salt, garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped

- 6 chicken bouillion cubes
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. thin egg noodles
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 lb. velvetta
- 6 cups of milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Trifle, Strawberry & Raspberry

Break up 1/2 of angel food cake, Twinkies, & brownies in to the bottom of trifle bowl
- Angel Food Cake, store bought
- Twinkies
- Brownies
- Strawberry or raspberry pie filling
- Large container cool whip
- Heath Bits
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Amt. of these depend on size of trifle you are making
Caramel Cream Pie with Candied Almonds

Bake pie crust as directed on package or prepare your own pie crust, blind bake it and allow it to cool completely
- Caramel Cream Pie with Candied Almonds
- 1 9 inch unbaked deep-dish pie crust
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (1 packet = 1 tablespoon — see note at bottom) may want to reduce to 2 tsp.
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 (14 oz) package of caramels (such as Kraft), unwrapped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped to make about 3 cups
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- Optional: caramel syrup and whipped cream for garnishing

- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs

Heat oven 400* Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cup sugar, and eggs thoroughly
- 1 cup shortening (part butter or margarine)
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet; drain the excess fat
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups diced onions
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans pinto beans
- 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans ranch style beans
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 (15 1/4-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, do not drain
- 2 1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 large pkg.Corn chips, for serving
- 1 large pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream, for garnish

- 1 box strawberry jello
- 1 small caron cottage cheese
- 1 large container cool whip
- 1 small can crused pineapple, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained.
